Slovenia to Amend Its Aliens Act in a shot to bait further Foreign Workers.

The Slovenian government is working on  emendations to the Slovenian Aliens Act, in a  shot to make the country more  charming for foreign workers, as one of the main measures to attack a  deficit of workers that has hit the country, like the rest of the European Union 🇪🇺. 

Amongst others, the country is planning to remove several  executive procedures which it has  supposed  gratuitous, and to offer free Slovenian language courses to interested nonnatives to move to Slovenia.   “ The task of this government is to  mainly ease procedures to  gain work permits in Slovenia, in particular for those who are  formerly then, to make it easier for them to decide to stay then, ” the country’s Prime Minister Robert Golob said  opining on the proposed changes. 

Whereas in a press release issued on Monday, Tuesday, February 14, the government has refocused out that the planned changes to the Aliens Act will also make possible  hastily procedures for issuing  hearthstone permits and enrollment   instruments.   “ We're  apprehensive of the need for foreign labor in Slovenia, ” the government points out, further adding that the draft law with the changes has been  transferred to the National Assembly for review under an  critical procedure.   

Regarding the immolation of free language courses for nonnatives, the government recalls that on April 27 this time, after a two- time transitional period,  position A1 language knowledge  position will come  obligatory for those extending their family reunification temporary  hearthstone permits. It also highlights that Slovenian authorities consider that proper knowledge of the Slovenian language is one of the main conditions for the successful integration of an  existent into society, and in order to make learning the Slovenian language easier, the government is planning to offer free courses through the new changes.   Other changes also include   Issuing  hearthstone permits and extensions by correspondence  Storing fingerprints for over to five times so that the same can be used when permits are extended  Enabling nonnatives with  departed temporary protection status to submit an  operation for a temporary  hearthstone permit in eight days  Scrapping the  demand to submit a written  evidence by the  executive unit when changing employers  grease procedures for hiring nonnatives in healthcare and social services to attack the  deficit of workers in these fields  Another change that the government wants to make is reducing the waiting time for  shelter  campaigners before they're  suitable to enter the labour  request from nine to only three months.
